Building Condition Assessments & Due Diligence questions
How quickly can you deliver a building condition assessment?
It depends on building size and access, but we scope every assessment to meet your closing or financing deadline. Tell us your date when you request a proposal.
Can you provide a Phase I ESA along with the BCA?
Yes. Our sister company, InAir Environmental, performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. We can coordinate both reports on the same site visit schedule.
Have a project coming up?
Send us your drawings or just a site address. We’ll come back with a clear scope and fee proposal, including per-unit options for residential developments.
