Two new industrial buildings for the same owner, in Vars (2019) and Prescott (2017).
The owner returned to Miriton for a second new industrial facility after the first was completed. For both buildings we provided site surveys, drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction oversight.
Industrial owners care about reliable equipment, efficient heating of large volumes, and systems their maintenance teams can easily service. Our designs were built around those needs.
