Q: If we have a project that requires architectural design, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering expertise, do we have to deal with three different people?

A: No. With Miriton we designate a project manager who will serve as your single point of contact and be responsible for all aspects of your project. This individual will coordinate all of the disciplines involved in your project under our umbrella to ensure all the work is carried out to one consistent standard of quality.

Q: How do we know that our project's intent has been accurately captured?

A: At Miriton, we prepare a project Scope of Work that outlines all of the aspects, timelines and budgets of your project. We produce this document for every type and size of project and refer to it throughout the life of the project to ensure that none of its requirements are missed.

Q: How else does Miriton ensure my project gets off on the right foot to avoid any unpleasant surprises down the road?

A: Before we issue drawings to a client, we return to the job site and perform a Constructability Review – a critique of our own work from the perspective of a contractor.

Q: What if my project needs disciplines in addition to what Miriton has to offer?

A: If your project requires services or disciplines in addition to what Miriton has in house, we have a trusted team of partners that we will bring into the project as required. Your designated project manager will remain your single point of contact and ensure that all work performed by any of our partners is delivered under the Miriton umbrella of excellence.
